Don W: I just purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain as a second car. I have bought many cars, from many top notch dealers, BMW's primarily. My experience at Castle was by far the most pleasurable than any previously. I negotiated the sales price and trade-in value over the phone. When I arrived expecting a bait and switch of some sort, it was exactly as we had discussed. What a nice surprise! They were down to earth, unpretentious, and fun. When the deal was sealed, our salesman rallied the staff for some congratulations and pomp and circumstance (horn honking, spinning of a prize wheel - I won a Wii!!). No one took things too seriously. We were in an out in less than an hour, although we were not financing. The facilities are dated and do not compare in accomodiations with the higher-end car dealers. But what was important to me is I left with a smile.
